The Middleburg project is expected to be built to full class A specs with state-of-the-art building features. To accommodate the excess storage demand in the trade area, the facility is expected to include climate controlled elements totaling approximately 99,500 RSF, approximately 16,600 RSF of additional drive-up units, as well as 20 covered boat/RV parking spaces.
